Additional information

This work is part of an international collaboration with the University of Cartagena, Spain and the National Technical University of Athens, Greece. The research introduced novel reduced dispersion waveguides as antenna feeding systems. As far as we are aware, this is the only waveguide structure to achieve such low dispersion performance, which facilitates significant improvements in wideband communication systems. This work has led to the participation of Dr Feresidis in a 5-year European COST Action (VISTA) on integrated antennas for wireless applications as a member of the management committee.
