Additional information

This paper was the first report of electrical conduction of delta-doped diamond in collaboration with Element Six [Chris Wort; Chris.Wort@e6.com]. This paper provides insight to electronic properties of diamond which can be used to fabricate high performance devices and sensors for harsh environments, a topic within EPSRC priority area: power electronics. The paper provided preliminary results leading to funded EPSRC grants [EP/H020055/1, £552,730, UCL] and [EP/K003070/1, £99,336, Aston]. Aston has published one paper [Applied Physics Letters 102, 231913 (2013)] since starting this grant.
