This work is a continuation of the VIRCON EPSRC (GR/N00890/01) project awarded in 2000 with publication delayed for commercial reasons. This research builds on a previous KTP funded project with Faithful and Gould (Atkins F+G). The methodology and prototype are currently being assessed by a major engineering company (BAM Nuttal, contact richard.bewell@edmund-nuttall.co.uk) for commercial exploitation. This work contributed to development of a schedule-workspace interference management tool by Dr Hyoun Seok Moon, Senior Researcher at the Korean Institute of Construction Technology (hsmoon@kict.re.kr) who visited Teesside University on a 12 month British Council PMI2 supported Fellowship.
