I performed the critical surface electron microscopy experiments to identify the motion of Ga droplets during evaporation of GaAs, which were the fundamental basis for this study. I also made a significant (30%) contribution to the development of the theory, coordinated the integration of theory and experiment, and co-wrote the paper (30%)
