<4>Work partially funded by a grant from the UK MOD Defence Technology Centres. Paper presents a nature-inspired clustering algorithm and routing protocol that automatically adapt their configuration to meet Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) application quality of service requirements. Provides an inclusive solution to prolong network life, provide timely message delivery and improve network robustness. We present extensive simulation results and theoretical analysis of the efficiency of the proposed method.
