The study explores the relationship between leadership skills and a range of 30 operational, functional and organisational factors deemed critical to successful community partnerships. The study was carried out in collaboration with the Faculty of Sport, Health & Social Care, University of Gloucestershire and the Institute for Health Research, Swansea University, Swansea.
