The goal in error correction code design is to create a technique that results in the largest difference in codewords with the smallest number of additional symbols. The problem is a continuous one, in that there is always the challenge to prove that there is no better code, or to obtain a code that is better than previously known codes. This paper presents 41 new non-binary codes that are now the best known codes.
