Iordanova co-edited this volume with Stuart Cunningham, Distinguished Professor and Director of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Creative Industries and Innovation, QUT, Australia. It was produced as one of the main peer-reviewed outputs of the Leverhulme Trust-sponsored three year project Dynamics of Global Cinema and includes contributions from an international team comprised of academics and practitioners. Iordanova's own contribution was conceptual leadership, commissioning, editing. Her introduction to the volume has resulted in numerous invitations for talks and keynotes internationally.
