Anne Bertolotti is based in The MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology and does hold an Honorary Contract with the University of Cambridge. She has research collaborations with Dr Rhys Roberts and the Department of Clinical Neuroscience. This collaboration will take the form of projects on which we each make academic contributions. The link to the University is valuable in providing access to patients for clinical studies and links to clinical networks outside her research Institution in initiatives such as Cambridge Neuroscience.

Dr. Michael Hornberger is based in Neuroscience Research Australia, Sydney, Australia and does not hold an Honorary Contract with the University of Cambridge. He has research collaborations with Dr. James Rowe Category A staff returned in UoA4.
This collaboration takes the form of shared grants and projects on which we each make academic contributions.
The link to the University is valuable in providing access to patients for clinical studies, links to clinical and scientific networks outside my research Institution, and initiatives such as Cambridge Neuroscience.
Dr. Hornberger will relocate permanently to the Department of Clinical Neuroscience, Cambridge University in February 2014, further strengthening the existing collaboration with Dr. Rowe.

Peter John Kirkpatrick is based in Cambridge University Trust Hospitals and holds an Honorary Contract with the University of Cambridge. He has research collaborations with Professor John Pickard, Peter Hutchinson, and Professor Marek Czosnyka Category A staff returned in UoA4. This collaboration takes the form of shared grants, research projects (Joint Chief Investigator on two International Clinical Trials), supervision of research fellows and PhD students, and a large number of research publications. The link to the University is valuable in providing access to complementary technologies, patients for clinical studies, management of research governance issues, and the opportunity to conduct research in the context of an NHS appointment. He has used the University connections to drive the scientific sessions for the bi-annual Society of British Neurosurgeons for the past 4 years as the National Meetings Organiser.
