Additional information

This paper is the main result of the CoRoT mission, which, like every space mission, involves a very large team. However Pont made a significant contribution in carrying out the analysis of the radial velocity and stellar variability information for CoRoT-7b, which formed part of the discussion of the physical nature of the planet. Pont's contribution was sufficiently large that it led to a further paper by Pont, Aigrain and Zucker 2011 (MNRAS, 411, 1953), not submitted to the REF exercise.
