Vorholt co-conceptualised and co-edited the volume, drawing on papers from a two-day international and interdisciplinary conference at University College Oxford, featuring scholars from the UK, US, Israel and Germany, which she co-organised. The conference was accompanied by a display of manuscripts at the Bodleian Library, which she co-curated; the speakers contributed to the captions, thus opening up the most recent research to the wider public. Vorholt single-authored a chapter (pp. 163-199) and co-authored the introduction, which also includes a report on the exhibition, with a brief discussion of two lesser known sources on display (pp. 1-13).
