Double-weighted statement

The completion of this intellectual biography required the collection and analysis of a a considerable body of primary and secondary sources relating to Lloyd’s life and writings, including extensive archival sources in Bangor and seven other repositories in Wales and England. The scale of the task was recognized by the award of a grant by the University of Wales Board of Celtic Studies to employ a research assistant for 12 months in 2003/4 to identify and list key primary sources, and by the award of AHRC research leave in 2009/10 to allow Pryce to complete the book.
