The three editors shared all aspects of the editing process in equal parts: organising the conference to which the book is related, selecting papers from the conference for inclusion and commissioning new chapters, editing the chapters, production process. They also co-wrote the Introduction, again making equal contributions. Fiona Macintosh single-authored the chapter entitled 'Choruses, Communitiy, and the Corps de Ballet' (pp. 309-326).
