Additional information

The turbine blade under rotation is very complex phenomena. This paper presented a combined experimental work and CFD study in predicting film cooling characteristics. This work is very helpful not only for researchers but also for engineers to plan new cooling structures for efficient advanced cooling technology. This work also pointed out that anisotropic turbulence models could be a potential way to accurately predicting film cooling performance.
