<22> This paper makes a breakthrough for solving interactive dynamic influence diagram (I-DID) by comparing partial policies of intelligent agents. The methodology is significant because it is the first the first approach that avoids the generation of an entire policy tree for the purpose of identifying the behavioural equivalence of agents. It provides a theoretical foundation to quantify the prediction error of agents’ behaviour based on domain properties. The paper contributes to the development of more rigorous algorithms for solving multiagent planning problems.
