This work is based on the techniques developed previously in dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.jmr.2011.03.017 but are the application of the MRI technique to relevant engineering applications and bubbly flows in particular. This work shows that is is possible to apply ultra-fast MRI to Chemical engineering relevant two-phase systems. This has now been extended to liquid-liquid flows and being used in EPSRC Grant EP/H025405/1.
