<06>This work was applied in the EPSRC-funded India-UK Advanced Technology Centre project Phase 1 (EP/G051674/1- Group 2 Core Networks) and Phase 2 (EP/J016748/1- Group 1 Applications: Emergency Response Communications). It is now under discussion with Eleanor Salmond, Foreign and Commonwealth Office Crisis Management Department, for “Very First Responder Systems”. The work attracted interest from Boeing Phantom Works in USA (Dr Jae Kim, jae.h.kim@boeing.com). Aspects of the work will inform the IEEE InterCloud Initiative (http://www.intercloudtestbed.org/), of which Ulster is a Founding Partner (October 2013) to contribute to IEEE Cloud Standards.
