Additional information
This work was led by Percival, who designed the analysis method applied to the SDSS-II data as presented in the public database, and made the calculations leading to the distance-redshift measurements presented. The cosmological analysis of these measurements was undertaken by Reid, and was interpreted by Percival, Reid and Eisenstein. Percival wrote the initial draft of the paper, with contributions at the editing stage from other co-authors.
