Additional information

<09> The paper presents a new lifecycle process model for the development of Web-based applications in SMEs, which was carried out as part of a one-year project funded externally by East England Development Agency (worth £44,511). The approach proposed in the paper consists of three sets of processes including the post-delivery evolution processes, which are important to SMEs to develop and maintain quality web application with limited resources and time. The approach has contributed two publications in international Journal and conferences. It also contributes original ideas for software development to be used by a three-year EPSRC-funded project (worth £60, 864).
