This research work developed an Intelligent Vehicle Body Design System. Neural Network modules were developed to replace CFD and FEA functions during the car body design process. This provided the ability to produce an optimised design based on customers’ requirements including; body style, fuel consumption, noise levels, etc. This will have significant impact on the automobile industries and their intelligent sales systems.
