Additional information

This research forms part of a work activity of Technical Committee 4 of the European Structural Integrity Society, which is drafting a potential ISO standard for high rate impact testing of polymers [Prof J G Williams g.williams@imperial.ac.uk]. This activity within the committee is being is led by Cranfield University in collaboration with Università degli Studi di Brescia, Montanuniversität Leoben, Ploitechnico di Milano and Imperial College London.  The paper deals with issues raised from the second international round robin to trial a draft standard. The results are being adopted in a future round robin development on the roadmap towards an ISO standard submission (g.williams@imperial.ac.uk).
