This work touches a wide audience and has received international coverage. The output of this research is a new electronic medical record card. The developed card is a user-centred system for storing information on patient’s medical conditions, which aims to give health professionals easier access to patient details and at the same time allowing patients to have more control for their own health and wellbeing. With the globalisation of healthcare and all international initiatives in eHealth, this work puts us in a lead position where the outcomes will have mutual benefits to the users and health professionals.
