Double-weighted statement

Global Government is a large-scale, long-gestation work (some two years) that uses social scientific tools to explain the need for international legal cooperation in particular areas. The areas covered include cybersecurity, international public health, international environmental policy, human rights, international finance, international trade, international investment and international migration. This book identifies the factual circumstances that determine the demand for and appropriate tools of legal cooperation in these different areas. It utilizes projections about the future characteristics of globalization, technological change, demographic change, and democratization to show how these factual circumstances are likely to change in the future.
