Additional information

In this volume, I am the sole researcher and author of a chapter examining British Asian Theatre as an emerging hybridised form in national small scale drama, interrogating what 'Britishness' means in relation to its goals and aesthetics. I also contributed 50% to a jointly researched and co-written introduction in which we articulated the context, choice of companies, and proposed reading strategy for Reverberations, which explores developments in the diverse field of small-scale British theatres (1960-2010). I carried out 50% of the overall work of revising and co-editing the 11 other chapters written by internationally recognised theatre and performance scholars.
