Additional information

This output was written in collaboration with Simone Lamont-Black. More exactly: I had the idea that Article 7 Rome II is the inverse mirror of the system of the Rome II Regulation. I and Simone Lamont-Black made an equal contribution to writing up. I liaised with the editor-in-chief as well as with the final proof-readers.

The output was referenced in the 2010 supplement to Andrew Dickinson's authoritative book on the Rome II Regulation (OUP, 2008).
