<16>This paper presents an Object-Z model of the static and dynamic semantics of the Web Services Modelling Ontology, which had not previously been formally described. This model has faciliated the identification of errors in the WSMO specification, and provided a basis more informed comparisons to be made between Sematic Web Services ontologies (typically WSMO and OWL-S).
