<20> A work at the forefront of user interface technology, introducing a novel computer keyboard that retains the physical-tactile properties of the conventional keyboard (essential for input speed and accuracy) while enabling dynamic adaptation of keyboard content, three-state input, and seamless expansion of GUI interaction methods onto the keyboard surface. Innovation disclosed in two patents, US 20100309133 A1 and EP 2238526 B1. Published in CHI, as one of 302 papers accepted from 1346 submissions, and among these rank 7 in terms of ACM DL downloads (over 2200 downloads, November 2013). Led to invited feature article in IEEE Computer (April 2012).
