<20> Exploring the relationship between material artefacts and processes of sentimentality in the home, this paper informs the innovative design of digital storage systems. The paper is published in the premier journal for HCI research. The paper has been responsible for invitations to co-organise three international workshops (at CHI and British-HCI), to co-edit a special issue of an international journal, to be a panel member for a symposium for marketing academics, and has provided core material for two books and a magazine publication published by Microsoft Cambridge researchers.
