Additional information

<20> This paper uses novel computational methods to show that humans can optimally adapt their behaviour to maximize reward in a dynamic multitasking environment. An invited submission to a new prestigious journal, this paper expands upon earlier work that received the Allen Newell Award at the 2010 International Conference on Cognitive Modelling. Invited talks have been given to research groups, both in the UK (Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow) and abroad (Groningen, Oregon, Rensselaer, Stanford), and related-work accepted for the Doctoral Consortium at CHI 2011 (30% acceptance).
