<04> Paper appeared in NSDI, ranked 7th out of 1578 computer science

publication venues (ArnetMiner). Paper won the USENIX Community Award,

given to papers judged likely to impact research and practice by

releasing significant code to the community. By going beyond "in-lab"

deployment, this work rigorously solves the problem of multi-path

congestion control in the real world. Work defines and solves

significant practical problems that arise when designing,

implementing, and deploying Multipath TCP in a real operating system:

what one must do to make it work well in today's Internet and on

today's OSes.
