Additional information

This paper reports a novel resorption cycle for the cogeneration of electricity and refrigeration using low grade heat, and demonstrates that the cycle can produce electric power and cooling together, with a higher efficiency than previously used technology (the Goswami cycle) under the same working conditions. The research was carried out as part of an EC FP7 Marie Curie Fellowship project (PIIF-GA-2009-253106 - Adsor-Resor Cycle - A new type adsorption-resorption cycle for the combined power generation and refrigeration driven by low grade heat, 2010-2011)
