Work presented in this paper has led to later collaborations with Nottingham City Hospital via East Midlands HEIC (contact, Dr. Dominick Shaw, dominick.shaw@nottingham.ac.uk). Two special sessions organised at Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics International Conference and Ergonomics and Human Factors 2011. The model presented in this paper has been used as a basis of two further EPSRC IMRC Multidisciplinary Assessment of Technology for Healthcare (MATCH) funded PhD projects.
