Additional information
In this research a novel biodegradable polymeric coating derived from bacteria was used for the first time to improve the mechanical and biological properties of highly porous ceramic structure. The biodegradable polymeric coating was isolated from Bacillus cereus SPV by a fermentation process, and has potential as an osteoconductive tissue engineering substrate bone tissue.
