Probabilistic resource space model for managing resources in cyber-physical society

<22> This paper proposes a new model to enable resources to be described, discovered and composed from multiple dimensions, at different abstraction levels and through different links with normal form and integrity guarantees. It naturally supports faceted navigation on the Web. It was adopted by Southampton University's faceted classification reported in ISWC 2010 (the top conference in the semantic web area). Patent (ZL200710117639.8) on the storage of resource space was transferred to Lenovo for enterprise knowledge management (X.Sun: +861062601166). This research was delivered in keynotes at several international conferences,including WETICE 2011 and IFIP AI 2010.
