This research is in the area of autonomous systems, with focus on networked control systems. It led to several funded research projects, including NECTISE (£8.4M, EPSRC and BAE Systems), a UKIERI project on Reliable, Smart and Adaptable Air Vehicles (£552K, British Council) and was part of a Platform grant “Control of Complex Systems” (£435K, EPSRC). Two patents were filed in NECTISE together with BAE Systems, XA3297/US Application 13/391206 and XA3680/US Application 13/391072 (Martin MacLean, BAE Systems, Martin.MacLean@baesystems.com and John Gray, Murgitroyd & Company, John.Gray@murgitroyd.com).
