Significance of output:

The work conducted to produce this paper has led to a fundamental understanding of erosion-corrosion processes, relating to the remove and reformation of the passive layer during particle impact and subsequent development of an erosion-corrosion model. Although only cited six in academic publications, two requests (through Eprints) from industry have been received.
