Additional information

<19> Recognized by the cryptographic community as the first to invent a highly efficient encoding for anonymous credentials offering proofs with close to optimal performance for finite-set attribute. IBM filed several patent applications on the new method (eg US2012/0324231A1). The method was adopted in IBM Identity Mixer, used in the EU FP7 IPs PrimeLife and ABC4Trust and made accessible through the policy language CARL (contact Jan Camenisch, jca@zurich.ibm.com). It also influenced further work on attribute-based and blind signatures as well as practice of eID systems. Invited for a special issue of ACM TISSEC.
