Bevan was the only person working on this analysis and he developed the experimental framework for analysing the data. This included the most thorough investigation of backgrounds for the decays of a B meson into a final state including a J/psi meson of any mode that had been studied up until that point. This was done to obtain a superior control of systematic uncertainties on the matter-antimatter asymmetries of interest for the analysis. Bevan performed the analysis from start to finish, processing the data, performing all modeling and validations to finally documenting the procedure for internal review and writing the paper.
