The Europeanisation of contract law: current controversies in law

The first edition of The Europeanisation of Contract Law was published at the start of the current REF period (i.e., after 1 January 2008). As there have been significant developments with regard to many of the aspects covered by this book, a second edition was prepared in 2012 and published in 2013. This is predominantly an update (necessitating some restructuring – one chapter in the first edition has been divided into 2), but the opening chapter also more clearly identifies a number of key themes pursued throughout the book. Only the second edition is included in the REF return.
