<22>For practical applications of natural language generation it is obviously useful if one can show that the system is reliable, in the sense that it can express any meaning satisfying the input constraints. By listing concepts or semantic expressions that cannot be expressed by the current grammar, the proposed algorithm is also a valuable tool for the developer.
