Additional information

<16>This paper is the first that automatically identifies behavioural roles in online communities that does not assume a pre-defined set of behavioural roles. This analysis has been integrated into two different industrial prototype implementations within SAP and IBM (contact Adrian Mocan, adrian.mocan@sap.com, and Inbal Ronen, inbal@il.ibm.com) and The Open University, the latter to analyse student feedback in Facebook groups (contact Stuart.Brown@open.ac.uk). Adaptations of this behaviour analysis to two different scenarios, policy making and carbon printing reduction, are now the cornerstone of two current European projects, 2.5M Euro each: Sense4us and Decarbonet.
