Additional information

A novel method is presented for semantic Web-based search that automates the correlation of topic-related content thus facilitating the discovery of unknown intelligence from disparate and diverse Web-sources. The method incorporates theory from Natural Language Processing and combines this with techniques adapted from Grounded Theory and Dempster-Shafer Theory to facilitate the discovery of useful Web-sourced intelligence. The paper is of basic research nature and provides an integration of the current theories into a coherent operational framework that enhances greatly the search for intelligence information. The paper would find many uses both within both intelligence communities and commercial organisations.
