Additional information

World’s first method for the systematic realisation of non-linear biological dynamics by means of minuscule ultra-low-power microelectronic circuits. Exemplary, strongly non-linear intracellular calcium oscillations and gene-protein regulatory dynamics were synthesised for the first time. Selected as “key scientific article” by the Global Medical Discovery Series [ISSN 1929-8536] (http://globalmedicaldiscovery.com/) which alerts the scientific community to breaking journal articles considered to be of importance to the drug discovery process “from over 20,000 published each week from most peer reviewed journals”. Has also led to an invited plenary lecture at the “From Medicine to Bionics” Conference (http://www.phdcongress.com/).
