<20>Published at Interact which is the premier conference for HCI in Europe. The research presented our investigation into why currently designed tools for rehabilitation were not actively used by the people for whom they had been designed. The outcome of this work informed and led onto our work in a later papers (CHI 2012 and CHI 2013), where we designed tools which would be actively used by this age group.
