Additional information

This work develops a gravitational theory that supports modified Newtonian dynamics (MOND) to explain the flat rotation curves of galaxies, rather than through the existence of Dark Matter. This work is an important contribution towards the development of a new gravitational theory alongside works on conformal gravity, the reviewer stating: “A connection is made that potentially explains the observed MONDian phenomenology. While not a complete answer, it is a valuable contribution that may be a step in the right direction.” Post publication, an invited contribution to the science website “The Conversation” has been downloaded 6400 times to date.
