Additional information

Four new fundamental theorems related to repairable flow networks have been stated and proved. These results, formed the basis of the first monograph in the field of repairable flow networks and networks with disturbed flows, ‘Flow Networks’ by the author.

The monograph exposed for the first time a flaw in classical algorithms for maximising the throughput flow in networks because they all leave highly undesirable directed flow loops in the “optimised” networks. The monograph also proposed an algorithm for discovering and removing directed flow loops in networks, which has the potential to make significant savings globally.
