<23> This paper proposed an entropy-based scaling support vector machine classifier and developed a novel approach for rotation invariant age classification. Image features are learnt by an adaptive DoG filter combined with Radon transform. The relevance and importance of these features are learnt by the proposed classifier. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm leads to better recognition accuracy than several state of the arts.
