<20> This paper, invited for a Special Issue on “Inclusion and Interaction: Designing Interaction for Inclusive Populations”, reports empirical work investigating hurdles to technology use by older adults. Little work has been done with older users and eye tracking. This is an early attempt to tease apart components of Web browsing that distinguish younger and older users using this methodology.
