Details the development of Affordable Diffusion Bonding process, as in their patent GB TG48039. This is pioneering work, and a first in making a diffusion bond in less that a minute. Covers advanced computational and experimental work making this possible. The process has been further developed and successfully joining micro machined parts, allowing accurate tolerances. Manufacturing highly complex micro-components and new structured materials with high integrity, for aero-engines, at reduced cost. We have worked collaboratively with United Technologies HS Marston Aerospace and diffusion bonded parts are now being trialed on Airbus A380: Adam Amadeo Tel:01902-572671 - Director Engineering
