<02> Originality: A novel approach for solving the interoperability of grid job submission and service invocation methods at the level of computational workflows. The solution proposes a methodology for integrating job submission and service invocation mechanisms into grid workflow solutions.

Significance: Interoperability of grid compute resources has been investigated before only at the level of middleware. This paper proposes a solution at the level of computational workflows that offers instant solution for the problem. The solution has been successfully utilised at production level in various production grid systems.

Rigour: A reference implementation has been provided with detailed analysis of multiple scenarios.
